Surface polarity

The Polarity Pen was developed to enable the polar orientation of crystal surfaces to be determined quickly, reliably and directly at the point of use. As a handy pen with an attached control box, it does not provide abstract measurements, but a clear, immediately understandable indication of the polarization direction.

This makes Polarity Pen particularly suitable for applications in research, production and quality control, where non-destructive and immediately available orientation detection is required – without lengthy analysis or complex measurement protocols. The PolarityPen was developed by scientist of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg. Patent pending: DE 10 2026 105 068.9 and DE 10 2026 105 066.2
